Contacta ("the Extension") is a tool designed to help Tokopedia sellers retrieve buyer information efficiently for operational purposes. We take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

The Extension may process the following information only when you manually choose to retrieve it:

• Buyer name
• Buyer phone number
• Buyer shipping address

This data comes directly from the Tokopedia order page you open inside your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit this information to any server owned by Contacta or third parties.

2. How Data Is Used

The Extension processes order-related information locally on your device to:

• Display buyer information for your operational needs
• Generate export files (CSV/Excel) when you request it

All processing happens locally inside your browser. No data is uploaded, synced, shared, or analyzed by us.

3. Local Storage Usage

The Extension may store non-personal settings only, such as:

• Login session token
• User preferences (delay settings, interface options)

No personal data from buyers is saved in storage.

4. No Data Transmission

The Extension does not:

• send your data to external servers
• use analytics tracking
• engage in advertising or profiling
• sell or transfer data to third parties

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not rely on or connect to any third-party data processing services for buyer data except the official Tokopedia website that you are already visiting.

Because we do not store any personal data, there is no data to modify or delete on our side.
